Aurobindo's subsidiary invested USD 1 million in A1 Biochem USA Inc. on September 11, 2026 As on : 12-Sep-26 15:53
Aurobindo Pharma Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited, subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of USD 100 each, totaling USD 1,000,000, in A1 Biochem USA Inc. in the USA on September 11, 2026, as part of the acquisition of the A1 Biochem Group previously disclosed on July 23, 2026.
